No content farm. No anonymous operators. Seven full-time editors and two link-check contractors in Amsterdam and Montreal, working from a single editorial standard — and showing their work for eleven straight years.

We started this directory because every other index was broken.
In early 2014, the adult web was drowning in scraped indexes — pages of dead links, parked domains, redirect loops, and the same handful of profiles mirrored across a thousand shell sites. We built TeenPussyDir because we wanted a single place where the listings actually opened, the tags actually matched the content, and the operators behind the page were willing to put a name on it.
Eleven years later, the standard is the same. Every submission is opened, clicked, screenshotted, and tagged by a human editor before it goes live. Every live link is re-checked on a rolling schedule by two dedicated contractors. We publish a monthly link-check report — the first adult directory to do so. If a listing fails three checks in a row, it comes down, and the submitter gets a real email explaining why.
We have stayed small on purpose. Seven editors, two contractors, two offices. We do not sell bulk submissions, we do not run pop-unders, and we do not accept payment to skip the editorial queue. The only paid placement is a single inline sponsored banner that is clearly labelled and shown alongside organic listings. That is the entire business model.

Founding in Montreal
The first index goes live with 184 hand-checked profiles and a single editor. The editorial standard is written down for the first time — and has not been materially rewritten since.
